SHIPPING INFORMATION

$5 flat rate shipping & free shipping on orders of $250+

Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Free shipping valid on purchases of $250 or more before shipping, handling and taxes are added.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All custom pieces created after final approval will ship within 5 business days of an order being processed. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

                        Ground (will arrive in 3-5 business days)

                        Two-Day (will arrive in 2 business days)

                        Overnight (will arrive the following business day)

                        International: All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country.  Buddha With Bling is not associated with these fees.  All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

In the event that the item(s) that you purchased is pre-ordered or backordered please allow up to four (4) weeks for your order to ship. If you order more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product please email us info@buddhawithbling.com

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise only. Your return must be within seven days of your orders arrival. Return merchandise must include RMA# vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. An RMA# (return merchandise authorization #) will only be approved if requested within seven days of an orders arrival. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once you return is processed, a refund will be issued for the paid amount less 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Sale, clearance, custom orders, and items purchase using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as orders are submitted on buddahwithbling.com

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
The agreement with Buddha With Bling is to sell goods that are made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.

By purchasing goods from Buddha With Bling you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms.  Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.

WARRANTY
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products.  Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Buddha With Bling is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.

PRIVACY POLICY & DISCLAIMER
We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. We use personal information collected on our website to create a better shopping experience for each consumer.  Buddha With Bling will never sell or misuse your personal information.
